COUNSELLING WORKSHOP REDUCING STRESS:
Using Mindfulness

"Mindfulness" is a gentle, medatitive technique that helps you to manage stress in everyday life.  By becoming more aware of your sensations, feelings and thoughts you can learn to respond to stress rather than just react to it, so you can be more relaxed and in control of your life.

This workshop will provide an introduction to Mindfulness, with the aim of helping you to manage stress more positively.  It is for any student seeking to deal with daily stresses more effectively.
